Game Development Log #3
This week in Void Lives, I’ve made significant progress! I’ve populated the town with a variety of NPCs, each adding their unique flair to the game’s atmosphere.
The town itself is now fully modeled, complete with stalls, houses, and other buildings, bringing the world to life. I’ve also added animations to the surroundings to enhance immersion and implemented a dynamic dialog system that makes each interaction meaningful.
In Void Lives, your choices matter—every decision and action you take will shape the story’s outcome. To add depth to the experience, I’ve included voice lines for the NPCs, making interactions more engaging.
But that’s not all! You’ll soon have the option to play the game in “Gory Mode,” which will include more intense content and foul language, or you can opt for a more casual experience if that’s more your style.
Looking ahead, I’ll be focusing on developing the game’s battle system and crafting diverse landscapes and places for players to explore. Stay tuned for more updates as Void Lives continues to take shape!
